It measures 8.5 by 11 inches and is printed on silk-finish paper with a Wire-O binding.

The following text comes from the back cover:
"Shortly after they married in 2005, Jaclyn and Joshua Johnston felt called to adopt children one day. After several years and a few moves around the country, they are now excited to be in the process of an international adoption. Because the process is quite costly, they have collaborated with local photographers on this perpetual calendar to raise some of the funds necessary for their home study; agency, legal, and country fees; and international travel. They are grateful to the photographers who donated images to this project and to everyone who has supported them by buying a calendar.
Joshua is a graduate of Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee, where he majored in English Education, and he holds a master's degree in English from the University of Maine, Orono. From 2000-2007 he served as an officer in the US Air Force. He has taught English at the United States Air Force Academy and in public high schools. He is now a doctoral student and field supervisor of student teachers at the University of Tennessee. He loves music, books, soccer, and being outdoors.
Jaclyn is a graduate of the University of Maine, Farmington, where she majored in psychology, and she holds a master's degree in school counseling from the University of Maine, Orono. In 2001 she attended a Salvation Army youth ministry school in New York. She has taught remedial reading skills to grade school students and worked one on one with children with autism. Since relocating to Tennessee in 2008, she has owned and operated Jaclyn Paige Photography. She enjoys traveling, scrapbooking, and all things Maine.
Together Jaclyn and Joshua enjoy exploring state and national parks, visiting family, playing table and yard games, and going to movies and Cirque du Soleil shows. They are active members at Fellowship Evangelical Free Church in Knoxville, Tennessee.
